Return Policy
You must request and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
which is to be attached to the shipping label.
All returned items must be returned in saleable condition,
preferably with the plastic shrink-wrapping in place.
All returns will be credited to your customer account; we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check. No cash refunds. Store credit only.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice
received with your order.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of receipt.
(60 days for International Customers).
All items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
All “Sale” item sales are Final.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs
relating to the return of an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Electrical Items are Not Returnable!
No Refunds on Train Sets/Slot Car Sets,
Faulty Item Will be Repaired or Replaced
When a part is missing or damaged, please do not return the entire kit. Simply notify us and identify the part. We will replace the part or you will be instructed to contact the manufacturer.
