ACY13002 M1A1 ABRAMS (REMOTE)

The M1A2 Abrams US MBT was first produced in 1986. Its mission: to destroy enemy forces using firepower, maneuver, and shock effect. This is the latest version of the Abrams tank and has Saudi and Egyptian counterparts.

The main armament is a 120mm smoothbore gun, which fires High Explosive Anti Tank (HEAT) rounds and a depleted uranium penetrator to blast through anything that crosses its path. And M1A2 is fully prepared for any attack on itself, with smoke grenade dischargers, steel encased uranium armor, and protection from nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare.

Academy’s new M1A2 Abrams US MBT joins the elite group of Academy’s World Famous Main Battle Tank Remote Controller Series. This 1/48 kit comes complete with 2-channel remote wire controller and gear box. Transmission is pre-installed and the remote control unit is pre-made. Just attach a few simple wires and pop in some batteries.
